"MARS FOUNDATION's MERIT BASED ANNUAL SPONSORSHIP"

As a main Project activity, MARS Foundation's Merit Based Annual Sponsorship was announced. The main purpose of initiating this project was to identify and help the "meritorious underprivileged" thereby help preventing discontinuation of education and dropout of meritorious students mainly owing to economical reasons, which is predominant among the "underprivileged" population.

This project aims at providing a comprehensive education related support for the "meritorious" students (class toppers from 6th to 12th) who are "underprivileged" (economically downtrodden). The comprehensive support includes all education related costs for a complete academic year and is continued based on the performance till the student attains a definite/desired career.

"MARS FOUNDATION's GRANT FOR EDUCATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT"

As a main Project activity and as a need-based intervention looking into the poor, inadequate infrastructures, MARS Foundation's Grant for Educational Infrastructure Development was formulated. This activity aims at developing educational infrastructures in the most backward, downtrodden peripheral areas. Development would suggest, funding laboratories, libraries and any other needed infrastructure in the most deserving educational institutions. The main purpose of initiating this Project was to develop those institutes,which does yeomen
services in the field of Education into "Model Educational Institutes" and to provide quality education for all. As a startup, few educational institutes that do yeomen services in the peripheral areas have been selected for funding.

"MARS FOUNDATION's INTEREST FREE EDUCATIONAL LOAN FOR PURSUIT OF PROFESSIONAL CAREER"

As a main Project activity and as a continuation of Award of Excellence, MARS Foundation's interest free educational loan for pursuit of Professional career was initiated. This activity aims at providing educational assistantships for the "meritorious underprivileged" who have scored more than 90% in HSC exams to pursue a Professional, job-oriented career. As most of the "meritorious underprivileged" tend to dropout from the main stream of Professional education despite scoring good marks, this activity has been formulated to help support the ambitions of the "meritorious underprivileged" to make thier dreams come true and help interested students towards self-development.
