R.Vijaya Manikandan, a plus tow student from, Govt.Higher
Secondry School, Melur, become first in the ‘Melur educational
district’ and second in Madurai District with a total of 1169/1200.
Born in a very poor
family and son of a coolly, without any constant income, has
approached, the Manging Trustee, Mars Foundation, for a sponsorship;
when he got selected by merit to B.Tech. at BITS, Pilani. Looking at
the merits of Vijaya Manikandan, the foundation has considered his
application favorably and now he is toping many others in BITS, Pilani.
